Prepare the main dish

1.Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant. Add the chicken breast, season with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned. Stir in the bell pepper, mushrooms, and diced tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the side dish

1.In a separate pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the julienned carrot and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender. Toss in the cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well.

2.Serve the main dish with the side dish on a platter, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
