Savory Chicken Feta Sausage Lasagna with Baby Spinach

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a skillet, cook the chicken feta sausage until browned, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess fat and set aside.

3.In the same skillet, sauté the garlic and onion until softened.

4.Add the baby spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.

5.In a bowl, combine the cooked sausage, spinach mixture, dried oregano, dried basil, and red pepper flakes.

9.Repeat the layers with marinara sauce, lasagna sheets, remaining sausage and spinach mixture, and cheese mixture.

10.Finish with a layer of lasagna sheets, marinara sauce, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

11.Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
