Rainbow Birthday Cake

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease and line three 8-inch round cake pans with parchment paper.

2.In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.

3.In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4.Mix in the vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.
