Mango Gelato Delight

1.In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

2.Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar.

3.Pour the mango mixture into a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill.

4.Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

5.Transfer the gelato to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
