Decadent White Chocolate Vanilla Cake

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well combined.

3.In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until they are light and frothy. Add the chopped white chocolate to the eggs and mix until the chocolate is evenly distributed.

4.Gradually add the egg and white chocolate mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

5.Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7.Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
