Spicy Chili Pasta Delight

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

3.Add the finely chopped green chilies to the skillet and sauté for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

4.Pour in the red chili sauce and dark soy sauce, stirring well to combine. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.

5.Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing it in the sauce until well coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

6.Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the spice level as desired. Serve hot, garnished with extra green chilies if desired.
