Creamy Tomato Cheese Pasta Delight

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.

2.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

3.Add the chopped tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes have softened and released their juices.

4.Stir in the dried basil and oregano, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the mixture simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

5.Reduce the heat to low and add the grated milk cheese to the tomato mixture, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.

6.Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine, ensuring the pasta is well coated with the creamy tomato cheese sauce.

7.Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
