Spicy Cajun Shrimp Skillet

1.In a large bowl, combine the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

2.Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.

3.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4.Once the oil is hot, add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they start to turn pink and slightly charred.

5.Flip the shrimp and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side until fully cooked and opaque.

6.Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle the shrimp with lemon juice.

7.Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the shrimp for garnish.

8.Serve the spicy Cajun shrimp hot, either on their own or over rice or pasta.
