Tuna and Ham Pasta Delight

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

3.Add the diced ham to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly browned.

4.Stir in the canned diced tomatoes, including their juice, and bring to a simmer. Add the drained tuna, dried oregano, and dried basil. Stir gently to combine and let it cook for about 5 minutes to heat through.

5.Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a splash of water to reach your desired consistency.

6.Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.

7.Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
