Cheesy Garlic Herb Tortilla Wraps

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, dried chives, dill weed, ground oregano, and baking soda. Mix well until all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

2.In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Add the mayonnaise to the eggs and mix until smooth.

3.Gradually add the egg and mayo mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour until it reaches a workable consistency.

4.Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball. Flatten each ball into a disc about 1/4 inch thick to form your tortillas.

5.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each tortilla for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until lightly golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

6.Once all tortillas are cooked, place a slice of cheese on each tortilla while they are still warm, allowing the cheese to melt slightly.

7.Spoon some of the remaining egg and mayo mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.

8.Serve the cheesy garlic herb tortilla wraps warm, cut in half if desired.
