Fluffy Cloud Eggs

1.Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.Separate the egg whites from the yolks, placing the whites in a large mixing bowl and the yolks in a small bowl.

3.Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites on high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.

4.Gently fold in the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the whipped egg whites until just combined.

5.Spoon the fluffy egg white mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, creating four mounds. Make a small well in the center of each mound to hold the yolk later.

6.Bake the egg whites in the preheated oven for 3-4 minutes, until they are lightly golden and set.

7.Remove the baking sheet from the oven and carefully place a yolk in the center of each mound of egg whites.

8.Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the yolks are just set but still runny.

9.Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh chives if desired.
