Spicy Egg Toast Delight

1.Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

2.Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until the yolks and whites are fully combined.

3.Add the chilli powder and salt to the eggs and mix well.

4.Pour the egg mixture into the heated skillet, swirling it to cover the bottom evenly.

5.Cook the eggs for about 2-3 minutes until they start to set but are still slightly runny on top.

6.While the eggs are cooking, toast the slices of bread in a toaster or on another skillet until golden brown.

7.Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, carefully slide them onto one slice of toasted bread.

8.Top with the second slice of bread to create a sandwich, pressing down gently.

9.Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately, optionally garnished with extra chilli powder.
