Sweet Nutella Paratha Rolls

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water and milk, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2.After resting, divide the dough into equal-sized balls (about 6-8). Roll each ball into a thin circle on a floured surface, about 8-10 inches in diameter.

3.Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter. Place the rolled paratha in the skillet and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Repeat for all parathas, adding more butter as needed.

4.Once cooked, spread a generous layer of Nutella on one side of each paratha while they are still warm. If desired, sprinkle a little sugar on top of the Nutella for added sweetness.

5.Roll each paratha tightly from one end to the other to form a roll. Cut each roll in half for easier handling and serving.
