BBQ Chicken Wraps with Crunchy Broccoli Slaw

1.Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.

2.Season the chicken tenderloins with salt, pepper, garlic granules, and onion granules.

3.Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.

4.During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the BBQ sauce over the chicken, allowing it to caramelize slightly.

5.While the chicken is cooking, prepare the broccoli slaw by combining the broccoli slaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss until well combined and set aside.

6.Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.

7.To assemble the wraps, lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous amount of the broccoli slaw in the center, followed by a few strips of BBQ chicken.

8.Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to enclose the filling.

9.Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

10.Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately, with extra BBQ sauce on the side if desired.
