Crispy Chicken Nugget Tortilla Wraps with Fresh Veggies and Zesty Sauces

1.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.Place the chicken nuggets on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until golden and crispy, usually about 15-20 minutes.

3.While the chicken nuggets are baking, prepare the fresh veggies. In a bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, sliced capsicum, diced tomato, and sliced onion. Toss them together gently and set aside.

4.In a small bowl, mix together the tomato ketchup and chili sauce to create a zesty dipping sauce. Adjust the ratio to your taste preference.

5.Once the chicken nuggets are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.

6.To assemble the wraps, take a tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface. Place a few chicken nuggets in the center of the tortilla, followed by a generous amount of the fresh veggie mixture.

7.Drizzle some of the zesty sauce over the chicken nuggets and veggies, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

8.Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to create a wrap. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas and filling.

9.Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately with extra dipping sauce on the side.
