Seafood Delight Stuffed Shells with Creamy Cheese Filling

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.Cook the large pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

3.In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, imitation crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

4.Take each cooked pasta shell and fill it generously with the seafood and cheese mixture. Place the filled shells in a greased baking dish.

5.Pour the marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, ensuring they are well covered.

6.Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the marinara sauce.

7.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

8.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

9.Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
