Decadent Chocolate Chip Apple Cake

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

2.In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

3.Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, stir in the condensed milk and vanilla extract until fully combined.

4.In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

5.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

6.Fold in the diced apples, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and dried fruits until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

7.Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

8.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
