Cheesy Chicken Sandwich Delight

1.In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup and mayonnaise to create a zesty spread. Set aside.

2.Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Once melted, place two slices of milk bread in the skillet.

3.Top each slice of bread with a slice of cheese, allowing it to melt slightly.

4.Add a piece of crispy fried chicken on top of the melted cheese on each slice.

5.Layer the mixed veggies on top of the chicken, distributing evenly.

6.Spread the zesty mayo-ketchup mixture generously over the veggies.

7.Top with the remaining slices of cheese and the other two slices of milk bread to form a sandwich.

8.Add the remaining butter to the skillet and carefully flip the sandwiches to toast the other side until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.

9.Once both sides are golden and crispy, remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing in half.
