Honey Butter Turkey Frank Toasties

1.In a small bowl, mix the honey and softened butter together until smooth to create the honey butter.

2.Spread the honey butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.

3.In a skillet over medium heat, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

4.Add the turkey franks to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.

5.While the franks are cooking, scramble the eggs in a separate bowl and season with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook until just set, stirring gently.

6.Remove the turkey franks and scrambled eggs from the skillet and set aside.

7.On the unbuttered side of two slices of bread, spread a generous amount of garlic spread.

8.Layer the cooked ramen noodles, turkey franks (sliced), and scrambled eggs on top of the garlic spread.

9.Top with the other two slices of bread, honey butter side up.

10.In the same skillet, toast the sandwiches over medium heat until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side, pressing down gently with a spatula to ensure even toasting.

11.Once toasted, remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
