Apple Brie Chicken Sandwich

1.Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

2.Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season both sides with salt and pepper.

3.Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

4.While the chicken is resting, prepare the brioche buns. Spread a thin layer of softened butter on the cut sides of each bun.

5.Toast the buns on the grill or in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

6.Spread 1 tablespoon of honey mustard on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun.

7.Layer sliced grilled chicken on top of the honey mustard, followed by apple slices and brie cheese.

8.Top with the other half of the brioche bun and serve immediately.
