Tomato Lemon Pesto Bruschetta

1.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, and fresh basil pesto. Mix well to combine. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

3.In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with a teaspoon of lemon juice to create a light lemon mayo spread.

4.Brush both sides of each bread slice lightly with extra virgin olive oil.

5.Place the bread slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 4-5 minutes until the bread is golden and crisp, flipping halfway through to ensure even toasting.

6.Remove the toasted bread slices and spread a thin layer of the lemon mayo mixture evenly on each slice.

7.Top each slice generously with the tomato and pesto mixture, allowing some of the fresh juices to soak into the bread.

8.Garnish each bruschetta with fresh basil leaves for an aromatic finish.

9.Serve immediately while the bread is still warm and crisp.
