2.Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the juice mixture while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Continue stirring until the gelatin is fully dissolved, about 3-5 minutes. Do not let the mixture boil.

3.Reduce the heat to the lowest setting and add the cannabis-infused coconut oil. Stir gently and continuously to ensure the oil emulsifies into the gelatin mixture. Maintain a gentle simmer; avoid overheating to preserve cannabinoid potency.

4.Add the lemon juice, citric acid (if using), and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine all ingredients evenly.

5.Remove the saucepan from heat once the mixture is smooth and well combined. Let it cool for 2 minutes to slightly thicken.

6.Pour the mixture carefully into silicone gummy molds or a lined shallow pan for cutting later. Tap the molds gently on the counter to release any air bubbles and ensure even distribution.
