Crispy Lemon Pepper Steak Bites with Garlic Aioli

1.Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels. In a bowl, toss steak pieces with cornstarch, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

2.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When oil is shimmering, add steak cubes in a single layer (work in batches if necessary).

3.Sear steak cubes for 2-3 minutes per side, turning to brown all sides until crispy and cooked to your desired doneness. Do not overcrowd the pan.

4.Add butter and fresh lemon juice to the skillet during the last minute of cooking, tossing steak bites to coat.

5.Transfer steak bites to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Sprinkle with additional lemon pepper seasoning if desired.

6.For the garlic aioli, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl until smooth.

7.Serve steak bites hot, garnished with chopped parsley, alongside the garlic aioli for dipping.
