Toaster Oven Breakfast Wraps

1.Preheat your toaster oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until fully combined and slightly frothy.

3.Heat the griddle over medium heat and add butter or cooking oil.

4.If using, add diced bell peppers or onions to the griddle and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

5.Pour the egg mixture onto the griddle and cook gently, stirring occasionally, until softly scrambled and just set, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

6.Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.

7.Divide the scrambled eggs evenly among the tortillas, placing them in the center of each.

8.Top the eggs with one slice of lunch meat and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

9.Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, folding in the sides to secure the filling.

10.Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking tray or toaster oven-safe dish.

11.Bake in the preheated toaster oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the wraps are lightly golden and warmed through.

12.Carefully remove from the toaster oven and let cool for a minute before serving.
