Classic Chicken Caesar Salad Pasta

1.Prepare the Chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 74°C. Remove from skillet, let rest for 5 minutes, then dice into bite-sized pieces.

2.Cook the Pasta: While chicken cooks, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and rinse with cold water to cool, then set aside.

3.Make the Caesar Dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Stir in 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

4.Assemble the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled, cooked pasta, diced chicken, and chopped romaine lettuce. Pour the Caesar dressing over the mixture.

5.Toss gently to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing. Add croutons and toss once more.
