Marinade Preparation In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir until well combined.

Marinating the Beef Place the thinly sliced beef steaks into a resealable plastic bag or container. Pour the marinade over the beef, making sure all pieces are coated. Seal the bag or container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.

Preheating the Oven Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C) or the lowest setting. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

Preparing the Beef Remove the beef from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Optionally, sprinkle red pepper flakes or drizzle liquid smoke over the beef for added flavor.

Arranging the Beef Arrange the beef slices in a single layer on the wire rack. Leave a small gap between each slice to allow for air circulation.

Cooking the Beef Place the baking sheet with the beef slices in the preheated oven. Bake for 3-4 hours or until the beef is dry and slightly chewy. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the slices.

Storing the Beef Jerky Once the beef jerky is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely. Store in an airtight container or resealable bags for up to 2 weeks.
