Pan-Cooked Bread

Preparation of the Dough In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Let it rest for 1 hour until the dough doubles in size.

Shaping and Pan-Frying Divide the dough into portions and shape into rounds. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Place the dough rounds into the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides. Drizzle honey over the bread rounds while cooking. Optional: Sprinkle toppings over the bread before flipping.
