Fettuccine Ramen

Prepare the Broth In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, sliced onion, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant and the onions are translucent.

2.Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, miso paste, and chili flakes to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.

3.While the broth is simmering, cook the fettuccine noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

4.Once the broth is ready, strain it to remove the onions, ginger, and garlic. Return the broth to the pot and keep warm.

Assemble the Fettuccine Ramen Divide the cooked fettuccine noodles among serving bowls. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles.

6.Top each bowl with halved soft-boiled eggs, chashu pork slices, sliced green onions, nori strips, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

7.Serve the Fettuccine Ramen immediately and enjoy!
