Avocado Bread with Chicken and Sour Cream

Preparation Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3.In another bowl, mix the mashed avocados, sour cream, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.

4.Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Chicken Filling In a separate bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Assembly Spread half of the avocado bread batter into the greased loaf pan.

7.Spread the chicken filling evenly over the batter.

8.Top with the remaining avocado bread batter.

Baking Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cooling Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

11.Transfer the avocado bread to a wire rack to cool completely.

Sour Cream Garnish In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream and chopped parsley.

Serving Serve the avocado bread sliced, topped with the sour cream garnish.
