Salted Sea Cabbage with Moscow-style Cabbage

1.Rinse the salted sea cabbage and drain well.

2.Finely chop the Moscow-style cabbage, onion, and garlic.

3.In a large mixing bowl, combine the salted sea cabbage, Moscow-style cabbage, chopped onion, and garlic.

4.Add honey, salt, pepper, sugar, water, ketchup, white pepper, and breadcrumbs to the bowl.

5.Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.

6.In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing by combining mayonnaise, soy sauce, and balsamic sauce.

7.Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

8.Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
