Creamy Mushroom Pasta with Greens

Cook the Pasta Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Mushrooms In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and browned, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Pasta and Mushrooms Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the mushrooms. Stir well to combine.

Add Greens Add the baby spinach and arugula to the skillet. Stir until the greens wilt.

Make Yogurt Sauce In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Pour the yogurt sauce over the pasta and greens. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
