Coffee Liqueur

Prepare the Coffee Mixture In a saucepan, combine the brewed coffee, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

Cool the Mixture Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Add the Flavorings Stir in the vodka, instant coffee, and vanilla extract.

Bottle the Liqueur Pour the mixture into a clean glass bottle or jar with a tight-fitting lid.

Age the Liqueur Seal the bottle or jar and store it in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks to allow the flavors to meld and develop.
