Nacho Beef Jerky

Marinating the Beef In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, ground cumin, and chili powder. Add the thinly sliced beef sirloin and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Preparing the Coating In a shallow dish, combine crushed nacho chips, cornmeal, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.

Coating the Beef Preheat the oven to 175°F (80°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take the marinated beef slices, dip them into the beaten eggs, and then coat them with the nacho chip mixture. Place the coated beef slices on the prepared baking sheet.

4.Bake the coated beef slices in the preheated oven for 3-4 hours, or until dry and crispy. Let cool completely before serving.

Serving Garnish the nacho beef jerky with sliced jalapenos, chopped cilantro, and serve with lime wedges. Optional: serve with sour cream and salsa.
