Orange Mint Cake

1.Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in orange juice, orange zest, and mint extract. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting or serving.
