Lollipop Cake

Assembly Place one cake layer on a serving plate and spread a thin layer of frosting on top. Continue layering the colored cake layers and frosting. Frost the entire cake with the remaining frosting, smoothing it out evenly. Decorate the cake with colorful sprinkles and edible glitter.
