Fluffy Yogurt Pancakes

3.In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

4.Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the pancake batter.

5.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

6.Pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface.

7.Flip the pancake and cook for another minute until golden brown.

8.Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil to the skillet as needed.
