Sweet Badam Pisin Delight

1.Soak the Badam Pisin in water overnight or for at least 6 hours until it swells and becomes soft.

2.In a pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil.

3.Add the soaked Badam Pisin to the boiling water and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until it becomes slightly gelatinous.

4.Add the sugar to the pot and stir until it completely dissolves.

5.Sprinkle the Elachi powder into the mixture and stir well to combine all the flavors.

6.Remove the pot from heat and let it cool down to room temperature.

7.Once cooled, transfer the mixture to serving bowls or glasses.

8.Garnish with chopped almonds on top for added texture and flavor.

9.Serve chilled or at room temperature.
