Creamy Milk Pudding with a Sweet Twist

1.In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.

2.In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, butter, and ghee. Heat over medium heat until the butter melts and the mixture is warm, but do not let it boil.

3.Once the milk mixture is warm, add the bloomed gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.

4.Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the Milkmaid until well combined.

5.Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving cups and let it cool to room temperature.

6.Once cooled, refrigerate the pudding for at least 4 hours or until set.
