Garlic Butter Mud Crab Delight

1.Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the mud crabs and cook for about 10-12 minutes until they turn bright red. Remove the crabs and let them cool before cracking the shells to extract the meat.

2.In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

3.Add the cooked crab meat to the skillet and toss it in the garlic butter mixture. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

4.Stir in the chopped parsley, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the crab meat is evenly coated with the garlic butter sauce.

5.Serve the garlic butter mud crab hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
