Heavenly Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

1.In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk. Whisk together until well combined and slightly frothy.

2.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and add the butter. Allow it to melt and coat the bottom of the skillet.

3.Once the butter is melted and bubbling, pour in the egg mixture.

4.Let the eggs sit undisturbed for about 30 seconds until they start to set around the edges.

5.Using a spatula, gently stir the eggs, pushing them from the edges towards the center. Repeat this process every 30 seconds until the eggs are mostly set but still slightly runny.

6.Remove the skillet from the heat. The residual heat will continue to cook the eggs, making them fluffy and creamy.

7.Season with salt and pepper to taste, and gently fold in chopped fresh chives for added flavor and color.

8.Serve immediately on warm plates, garnished with additional chives if desired.
