Soft and Fluffy Garlic Bread Loaf

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy.

2.Add the milk, melted butter, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir to combine.

3.In a separate bowl, mix the flour and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring continuously until a dough forms.

4.Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

5.Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

6.While the dough is rising, prepare the garlic butter by combining the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.

7.Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air and transfer it back to the floured surface.

8.Roll the dough into an oblong shape, approximately 12 inches long and 6 inches wide.

9.Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the surface of the dough.

10.Roll the dough tightly from one long edge to the other, forming a loaf. Pinch the seams to seal.

11.Place the loaf seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

12.Cover the loaf with a damp cloth and let it rise again for about 30 minutes.

13.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

14.Bake the loaf in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.

15.Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
