Creamy Garlic Maggi Noodles Bake

1.Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the Maggi noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

3.In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

4.Stir in the all-purpose flour and cook for another minute, stirring constantly to form a roux.

5.Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring there are no lumps. Continue to cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.

6.Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and pepper to the sauce. Mix well to combine.

7.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked Maggi noodles with the creamy garlic sauce. Stir in half of the shredded cheese and mix until well combined.

8.Transfer the noodle mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread it evenly.

9.Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, followed by the breadcrumbs for a crispy topping.

10.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

11.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
