Spicy Chicken Delight Sandwich

1.In a small bowl, combine onion powder, black pepper, ground red pepper, white pepper, ground paprika, sweet paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well to create a spice blend.

2.Rub the spice blend evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.

3.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breasts.

4.Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is golden brown. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

5.While the chicken is resting, prepare the sandwich toppings. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. If you like it spicy, mix hot sauce into the mayonnaise before spreading.

6.On two slices of bread, layer lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, and the sliced chicken breasts. Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayonnaise side down.
