Buffalo Wing Pancakes Delight

1.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

2.In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and buffalo wing sauce until smooth.

3.Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

4.Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions into the batter.

5.Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a little butter or oil to coat the surface.

6.Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes.

7.Flip the pancakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

8.Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter or oil to the skillet as needed.

9.Serve the pancakes warm, drizzled with extra buffalo wing sauce and topped with additional green onions if desired.
