Honey Soy Glazed Pork Chops

1.In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and meat seasoning until well combined. Set aside.

2.Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.

3.Sprinkle the flour evenly over both sides of the pork chops, shaking off any excess flour.

4.In a large skillet, heat the sunflower oil and butter over medium-high heat until the butter is melted and bubbling.

5.Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F).

6.Once the pork chops are cooked, reduce the heat to medium and pour the honey soy mixture over the chops in the skillet.

7.Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, spooning the glaze over the chops as it thickens and becomes sticky.

8.Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving, drizzling any remaining glaze over the top.
