Savory Venison Tartare Delight

1.Start by preparing the venison tartare. In a mixing bowl, combine the finely diced venison, chopped shallot, capers, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg yolk, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are well incorporated.
