Strawberry Gin Fizz with Rose Syrup (Stirred)

1.In a mixing glass, gently muddle the hulled and quartered strawberries until well crushed and juicy.

2.Add the London Dry gin, fresh lemon juice, and rose syrup to the mixing glass.

3.Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir gently for about 30 seconds, until well chilled and adequately diluted.

4.Double-strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute or coupe glass.

5.Top with 90 ml of chilled champagne or sparkling wine.

6.Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice or a delicate rose petal and serve immediately.
