Boy, do I love the beautiful little scrambles that we serve at The Merc. They come in mini cast-iron skillets with roasted potatoes and a pretty tomato salad, and they're so darn cute! I realize most of us just have standard-size skillets, so I created a big-batch version of these scrambles that you can make at home. They're easy and cheesy, and I think your family is going to love every bite. —Ree
