Citrus Raspberry Sauce

1.Zest the orange and lemon using a fine grater or zester. Set aside.

2.Juice the orange and lemon using a citrus juicer. Set aside.

3.In a small saucepan, combine the raspberries, ketchup, and mustard.

4.Heat the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil.

5.Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6.Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

7.Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

8.Strain the sauce through a fine mesh sieve to remove any seeds or pulp.

9.Stir in the reserved orange and lemon zest, as well as the reserved orange and lemon juice.

10.Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

11.Serve the citrus raspberry sauce as a condiment or drizzle it over your favorite dishes.
