Cherry Beer with Fermented Cabbage, Mussels, and Mandarin

1.In a tall glass, pour the cherry beer over ice cubes.

2.Add the bitter liqueur to the glass and stir gently.

3.Place the fermented cabbage on a serving plate.

4.In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

5.Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

6.Add the fresh mussels to the pan and pour in the white wine.

7.Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels open.

8.Season with salt and pepper to taste.

9.Place the cooked mussels on top of the fermented cabbage.

10.Peel the mandarins and separate into segments.

11.Garnish the dish with mandarin segments and fresh mint leaves.
